The bundle arrived but everything was loosely tossed into a box with no packing material. The items were find but from that state of the boxes the package had been banged around a lot and there was nothing inside to prevent damage.
I'm glad people decided to pass on this site because they're relatively unknown, it allowed me to easily obtain a PS5 with no hassle. Arrived two days after launch day. Customer service reps and the Twitter media team assured me that my order went through and I would be getting my PS5. Overall really easy transaction. Just wish they added a little more bubble wrap in the box.

Wouldn't accept my credit card payment for some reason. I tried multiple cards and checked numbers multiple times. Had to use PayPal instead.
It would not accept my discover or mastercard. So I went through paypal
When I purchased an item from Walmart, I was never given any information on Antonline return policy. For this reason, one would assume that the product would be honored by Walmart return policy, especially since I had purchased it from Walmart.
When I attempted to return the item at Walmart, I was told I have to contact AntOnline for the return. Your phone support told me to complete it online, where I found out the time passed according to your timeline. I called support they said they put in a ticket and someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours. 72 hours later and no response. Terrible company that does not care about their customers. Scummy practices.
Your payment processing portion of the website would not work for my credit card. I had to pay through paypal with the same credit card for it to work which makes no sense. Please address the issue.
I can't see anywhere it says "in stock" so the assumption is that it is in stock.
I wish it would allow me to purchase multiple of 1 item, but it wasnt to be.

Sent me a box with a dent on the corner. Happens, but I'd of liked to display it.
I ordered a PS5 and I'll tell you it was very difficult to get one of these, it said it would deliver in a week and a half but surprisingly it only took 2 days! I don't know who runs Antonline but whoever is doing a great job and the website itself is trusted and very good. I got my PS5 brand new perfectly fine with no issue.
Got it just ask planned and hoped.
Now it's just a life time of playing
I had never heard of Antonline before, but that had a hard to find item in stock and delivered quickly.
I'm now a huge fan! Thanks!
